- Usage data about how the product is used, to improve reliability and features.
How we use information
We use recordings and transcripts solely to provide the service — transcription, speaker separation, scoring, summaries and follow-ups — for the organization that captured them. We do not sell personal information.
Offline capture and sync
Recordings made offline are stored on the device and encrypted in transit when a connection returns and data syncs to your organization's workspace.
Data retention and deletion
Your organization controls retention of its conversation data and may request deletion. Contact us to exercise data-subject rights.
